Terms and conditions

These terms govern use of CertiFlow, supplied by MyCreativity. CertiFlow is supplied business-to-business only; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

All amounts exclude VAT. The applicable rate is 21%.

Your trial lasts 30 days and is free. No credit card is required and nothing is charged automatically.

When it ends, it ends. If you want to continue we agree that and you receive an invoice. Without that agreement, nothing happens.

A subscription can be cancelled monthly, with no notice period. If you choose annual billing, that year runs to its end.

Prices are never raised retroactively within a running annual subscription. Any price change is announced at least two months in advance.

Payment is by invoice within 14 days, or by direct debit if you prefer.

The data you record in CertiFlow remains yours. You can export it at any time as CSV or XLSX, free and without limits.

After cancellation your export stays available for 30 days. Then we delete your data permanently, having told you in advance.

If we discontinue the service we will give at least three months’ notice, and the export stays available throughout that period.

We do our best to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. We deliberately do not state an availability percentage: we could not substantiate one with a measurement system, and a guarantee you cannot verify is not a guarantee.

Report incidents by contacting us. We respond within the response time attached to your plan.

CertiFlow records what you enter. The accuracy and completeness of your records, the certification of your company and your engineers, and carrying out leak checks on time remain your responsibility.

We are not liable for fines or damage arising from incorrect or incomplete entry, or from failure to meet obligations that rest with you.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event.

This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
