Who is behind this
CertiFlow is a Dutch product for refrigerant record keeping, built and maintained by a small team you can simply call.
Buying a compliance product from an anonymous supplier is a bad idea, so here is who we are and how to reach us.
Why this exists
The administrative obligations around F-gases were written with large contractors in mind. So were the packages that serve them: they charge per user, start with an implementation project, and keep their prices off their websites.
For a company with eight engineers that works out badly. Paying per user means rationing, and a logbook half the crew does not keep is not a logbook. An implementation project means you postpone it.
CertiFlow is the opposite choice: one price per company, unlimited users, the price on the website, and you can start this afternoon.
What we hold ourselves to
We claim nothing we cannot point at
Every statement on this site references the place in the code the behaviour comes from. What the product does not do — work offline, record incidents, manage calibration — is written down too, in as many words.
Your data stays yours
Exporting is always possible, costs nothing and has no limit. Including on the day you cancel. A supplier who holds your records hostage does not deserve them.
No tracking
No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, no cookie banner. We count page views in aggregate, without a cookie and without recognising you — and nothing else.
The logbook outranks us
Updates and deletes are blocked in the database. We can no more edit your logbook than you can. That is not a limitation; that is the point.
We are new
CertiFlow has no customer list, and we do not display logos or quotes we do not have. What does exist: a working product, a real export you can download without signing up, and a price on the website.
For the first ten companies
Whoever is among the first ten keeps their price for as long as they stay — and has direct influence on what gets built next. The three "not yet" rows in our BRL 100 table are top of that list.
Reaching us
Call, email, or ask a question without intending anything. We aim to answer within one working day.
