CertiFlow is meant for companies that already keep records — usually in a spreadsheet, sometimes on paper — and have no intention of typing them all in again.
Retyping is why most companies stay where they are. So we do it for you.

How it goes
1. You send what you have
A spreadsheet, an export from your current package, or a photograph of a list. We look at what is in it and what is missing.
2. We move it across
Installations, sites, cylinders and whatever history you want to bring. You get a list of anything we could not place, and why.
3. You check it
You log in and sample-check. If something is wrong we fix it. Only then does your subscription start.
4. Your engineers get a link
One email each. They tap it, add it to their home screen, and can book.
And the paper logbooks in the van?
Keep them for as long as your retention obligation runs — you do not have to throw them away or scan them. What you do want is for nothing new to be added to them from today. We bring across the history you need; the rest you leave alone.
How much history do you actually need?
The retention period is five years (Article 7 of (EU) 2024/573). In practice most companies bring across the current picture — installations, refrigerants, charges and the most recent leak checks — and keep the older years as they are. That is enough to be complete from now on, and it saves a great deal of work. If you want everything in, that is possible too.
