One price for your whole company

CertiFlow is a per-company subscription rather than a per-user one: you pay for the number of installations you manage, and the number of people who log in makes no difference.

We do not charge per engineer. Companies that pay per user start rationing seats, and a logbook half the crew does not keep is not a logbook. Every compliance feature is in every plan — the entry plan is not a stripped-down version.

The questions that actually matter

Is VAT included?
No. Every amount on this page excludes 21% Dutch VAT.
How long am I tied in?
You are not. Cancel monthly, by email or in the app, with no notice period. If you choose yearly billing, that year runs out — which is what the discount is for.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. Send us your spreadsheet or an export and we will move your installations, cylinders and history across, up to 250 installations at no charge. Expect one afternoon of your time.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Export everything as CSV or XLSX for as long as your account exists and for 30 days after cancellation. After that we delete it for good, having told you first.
What if I go over my installation limit?
We call you. We block nothing and send no surprise invoice. The numbers in the table are an expectation, not a lock on the door.
How do I pay?
By invoice within 14 days, or by direct debit if you prefer. You do not need a credit card, not even to start.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. Billing is done by hand for now: after your 30 days we get in touch. Nothing is charged automatically and no subscription starts silently.
Will it get more expensive next year?
The first ten companies keep their price for as long as they stay. Beyond that: we never raise a price without notice, and never retroactively within a running annual subscription.
