See what comes out first

CertiFlow is a record system, and the only thing that matters about a record system is what comes out at the end. So that is here, without you having to leave anything behind.

Three files, downloadable right now. Send them to your quality adviser or the auditor visiting next, and let them judge.

These are not mock-ups. They come out of CertiFlow, from a demo environment with fictional customers, produced with the same export button every customer has.

XLSX

F-gas logbook (XLSX)

Every refrigerant operation at row level: date, action, refrigerant, quantity, GWP, CO₂ equivalent, installation, cylinder and engineer. This is the file an inspection is about.

The reporting page this file comes from, with the logbook export button
CSV

F-gas logbook (CSV)

The same data as the XLSX file, as plain CSV — useful if you want to load it into your bookkeeping or another package.

XLSX

Installation overview (XLSX)

Every installation with address, customer, refrigerant and charge. The overview you need to show which installations you manage and how much refrigerant they hold.

Which column covers which obligation

Article 7 of (EU) 2024/573 sets out what you must record per installation and keep for five years. Below is which column in the export answers it.

DateWhen the operation was carried out
TypeWhich operation it was: charging, topping up, recovery, leak check or decommissioning
RefrigerantWhich refrigerant was added or recovered
Quantity (kg)How much was added or recovered
GWP and CO₂ equivalentThe conversion that determines which inspection category the installation falls into
InstallationWhich installation the operation related to
CylinderWhich cylinder the refrigerant came from or was recovered into
EngineerWho carried out the operation

Start with your three most awkward customers

You do not have to migrate everything to find out whether this works. Put three installations in, have an engineer book a charge, and download the export. 30 days, no credit card, no automatic renewal.
