BRL 100 and CertiFlow
CertiFlow is a record system that covers a large part of the administrative requirements around F-gases, but not all of them — and this page says exactly which.
BRL 100 is the scheme your certification body assesses you against. Below is what CertiFlow covers per administrative requirement, and where you still need something alongside it.
This page is still being checked by someone holding an F-gas certificate. Treat it as orientation rather than evidence; if in doubt, your certification body has the final word.
Per requirement, what CertiFlow does
The left column is an administrative requirement, the middle one the screen that covers it, the right an honest verdict. The "not yet" rows are why you can trust this table.
| Administrative requirement | In CertiFlow | Status |
|---|---|---|
| An installation-bound logbook covering all work on the refrigerant circuit | Logbook per installation, immutable, with date, operation, quantity, engineer and cylinder | Covered |
| Insight into refrigerant flows: what was added and what was recovered | All bookings exportable per period, with GWP and CO₂ equivalent per row | Covered |
| Records of the cylinders held and their contents | Cylinder card with balance, refrigerant, assigned engineer and full history | Covered |
| Demonstrably timely leak checks per installation | Leak checks as logbook rows, with a dashboard showing what is overdue or missing | Covered |
| Recording of incidents and non-conformities | Not a separate register yet; an incident can be recorded as a note on a booking | Not yet |
| Management of measuring equipment, including calibration dates | Not present. Keep this separately for now | Not yet |
| Monitoring your engineers’ personal certificates | Not present. Users and roles are in the product; certificate validity is not | Not yet |
Why we write down the gaps
A supplier who claims on their own website to cover everything gets corrected on audit day — and you are the one standing there. Better three "not yet" rows now, so you know what to keep alongside. If one of them is something you need, say so; it decides what we build next.
Start with your three most awkward customers
You do not have to migrate everything to find out whether this works. Put three installations in, have an engineer book a charge, and download the export. 30 days, no credit card, no automatic renewal.
