Then you are doing better than many. What a spreadsheet does not do: refuse a booking that cannot add up, demonstrate that nothing was changed afterwards, and keep itself up to date while an engineer stands on a roof. Those three things are exactly what an audit is about.

My engineers are not computer people

The field side has one button that matters. Login is passwordless, scanning uses the camera, and the form is pre-filled. What an engineer has to learn fits on a beer mat.

We are too small for this

The logbook obligation looks at the installations you manage, not at your headcount. The entry plan costs less than an hour of chargeable time per month and is meant for companies with a handful of people.

What if I leave, or you stop?

You export your complete records in one click, for as long as your account exists and for 30 days after. If we stop, you get plenty of notice and the same export. Your retention obligation is five years; it does not depend on our survival.

Is my refrigerant even in there?

CertiFlow knows 30 refrigerants, including the HFOs, the natural refrigerants and the common blends. The full list with GWP values is on this site, so you can check before you start.
