Frequently asked questions

CertiFlow is a digital F-gas logbook, and below are the questions companies ask before starting with it — including the awkward ones.

If your question is not here, email or call. You will reach a person.

Does CertiFlow work without an internet connection?
No. That is deliberate: a cylinder balance served from a cache can be out of date, and a booking made against a stale balance then sits permanently in your logbook. In a plant room with no signal, your engineer books once they step outside.
Do I have to retype my existing records?
No. Send us your spreadsheet or an export; we move your installations, cylinders and history across, up to 250 installations at no charge, within five working days. You see the result before you pay.
Who can I call when something goes wrong?
A person. Name, email address and phone number are at the bottom of every page and in the confirmation email. No ticket portal, no menu tree.
What if an engineer makes a mistake in a booking?
A manager corrects that row. The original stays and is marked; the correction is a new row with a mandatory reason referencing the original. An auditor sees a clean correction instead of a crossed-out line.
What happens when I cancel?
You cancel monthly, with no notice period. You can export your complete records for as long as your account exists and for 30 days after. Then we delete them, having told you first.
And if CertiFlow shuts down?
You get plenty of notice and the same export with everything in it. Your retention obligation is five years and does not depend on our survival — which is why the export is free, unlimited and in ordinary file formats.
Do I pay per engineer?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. You pay for the number of installations you manage, because that is what determines the work.
Is my refrigerant in there?
CertiFlow knows 30 refrigerants, including the HFOs, the natural refrigerants and the common blends. The full list with GWP values is on this site.
What happens after my 30 free days?
Nothing automatic. There is no credit card, nothing is charged and no subscription starts silently. We get in touch; if you want to continue, you get an invoice.
Do my engineers need an email address?
Yes, one each — that is where the first login code goes. After that they stay signed in on their own phone and no longer need their email for day-to-day use.

Start with your three most awkward customers

You do not have to migrate everything to find out whether this works. Put three installations in, have an engineer book a charge, and download the export. 30 days, no credit card, no automatic renewal.
